Did you change your mind about your order? Are you not 100% happy with your purchase? That's ok!!! We accept returns and exchanges if you even do not like the products.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@MiniArtDesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products & personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed (excluding preorders). From there they are passed onto our distribution centres for packing and shipping. Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.
We offer free shipping for orders of $199.99 and above. Orders below $199.99 shipping are subject to a $9.99 flat rate (no minimum spend).
Delivery times can vary due to seasonal volume, weather, and delays made by shipping companies. We are doing our best to deliver the products to you within 2-5 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update with any information.
